I went to the Beyond Limits Exhibition at Chatsworth House on Sunday. It was bloody brilliant!
Luckily we chose a good day because although it was cold, it was nice and sunny - whereas the day after it was pouring with rain.
I was particularly excited to see Damien Hirst's 'Legend' and I was not disappointed! I managed to get some good shots of all the sculptures there, and if you can get to Chatsworth House then I would highly recommend you going.
Here's 3 of my favourite sculptures there:
 |
| Yayoi Kusama - 'Flowers That Bloom Tomorrow' |
 |
| Damien Hirst - 'Legend' |
 |
| Marc Quinn - 'Burning Desire' |
The exhibition finishes on the 30th of October so I'd get down there quick if you want to see it - I really do think it's worth seeing. Even though I'm not particularly interested in sculptures I had a great time and really appreciated and admired the artists' work. I also took some great shots from even just being in the gardens at Chatsworth House which shows that it will appeal to you not only if you're interested in art and sculptures, but photography too!
